Horrible. She told me I had 2 molar cavities, and took all the fillings out, and told me I needed 2 inlays, which ended up costing almost $900. Then she told me there was a problem with my other molars, and all of them needed inlays, although I never had discomfort with any of my other molars.
I went to several other dentists, and it turns out, it was just 1 cavity in the molars, and not 2.
Then she put the bill through to the insurance company that she did work on the 2 molars.

I seriously think Dr. Joffe tried to suck every insurance dollar I had (and more!) out of me. Like the other reviewer, she gave me a root canal which I now have to get redone. She also charged me for 2 crowns that I never received. So sketchy.

I don't like to smear a business or person online, it's just bad karma, but people need to be warned about this office. I went to this dentist because of convenience. She convinced me I needed a root canal and charged me hundreds of dollars above the standard copay my insurance company arranged with her. To make matters worse when I brought my old x-rays to a new dentist, not only did he have to fix her work, he didn't think I ever needed the root canal in the first place. Very shady.
