When a Starbucks opened near my house I knew I was in for it. Starbucks makes very good coffee drinks but it comes with a premium price. They also have very good bakery goods too to go with your coffee. My favorite is actually not a coffee drink. It is mint hot chocolate with whipped cream. Try it. You'll like it.

I'm a Starbucks junkie...I'll be the first to admit it! I won't go here unless it's an emergency. I tried a few different times and always to the same result-- an entirely new or nearly entirely new staff behind the counter. Whoever took my order couldn't figure out what it was I wanted despite clear instructions (one time I had to POINT at the pasty I wanted despite repeating the name three or four times), the lines were always tremendous and the barista (always seems to be alone) is pounding out drinks as fast as possible while the rest of the staff stands around incompetently---not helping. There's another one at 23rd and there's one on 9th and 15th. Go to those.

The first store that opened I was there. I had tried starbucks coffee before it became well-known and had thought great. Too bad I didn' think about buying and expanding. So my hats off to the owner, what a fabolous idea. Starbucks to me the only franchise that Always serves a consistent and satisfying cup of coffee regardless of what location you go to. Staff and servive does varies from place to place but it's friendly everywhere. Atmosphere is great for anyone to just sit down and read that's why it's opened up in almost every Barnes & Noble. Starbucks provide with wide variety of drink for every mood. I like strong coffee but never have got the burnt feeling or coffee grounds at the bottom of the cup. I know that it will never dissapoint you. Pros: consistent, variety, atmosphere Cons: pricy
