New York City Best Movers Manhattan Moving and Storage Company

After several searches on Google for a good moving quote, we found and talked with the Customer Services guy of this company and it was very informative. Alex gave us all the information we needed. Their price included insurance which is very safe. Our 2 bedroom apartment was moved perfectly from Downtown Manhattan to Brooklyn Heights in 5 hours. The crew packed and moved us fast, carefully so nothing was damaged. more

We moved our lawyer's office with 10 employees furniture, file cabinets, executive desks, lots of wardrobes for personal clothes and boxes with pretty much heavy items like our treadmill, desks, few sculptures, paintings, lots of stuff, and we were recommended to call these local NYC movers by our landlord he used to hire these guys a few times already for the tenants' moves and already has Certificate of insurance done for the building few times before, so we hired them and they were really fast, it took them less than 6 hours instead of the whole day we were expected to spend for this relocation. Fast, prompt, with good Customer service, the move was absolutely stress-free experience. They gave us free boxes and packed our flat screen TVs for free, and it was a rally good move. I want to thank each one at Certified Movers for the time you spent responding to my inquiry, the very prompt response that I received and the excellent service that I received. They accommodated the two pickup locations and handle the piano move with experience. I kind of favored Certified Movers since I have seen them cruising on the highway. When they contacted me for the move, it gave me a feeling of familiarity. In the end my husband read all correspondence with other moving companies and chooses Certified Movers . The tipping point was their web site chart of sample moves with personal email addresses for references. I had chosen a random listing which was similar to our move, DC to VA, MD and emailed that address actually not thinking I would hear back from that person. Not only did I get a prompt reply, but an unscripted endorsement. This is what nudged my husband to pick Certified Movers from very comparable bids. Additionally, even though I had said there was no urgency for a fixed date for the move, they came the following weekend. That amazed me. I had assumed a small load would be at the bottom of the attention scale. Regardless of the date chosen, this was an extra hint at customer focused service. more
