This is a very reliable messenger service. Within 15-30 minutes after you schedule a pick-up, the messenger will arrive. They deliver the item within an hour or so afterwards, depending on where it is located. The service is perfect, but what's keeping my rating from perfection is their customer service. They always try to rush you off the phone and gives an attitude if you are missing some information. They are very impatient people. But that's really a minor problem compared to their reliability. Their price is reasonable if delivering in downtown Manhattan. The rate goes really high once it passes a certain street, I cannot recall what street at this moment. It's around 80th to 100th+ street.
