The prices are cheaper than most of the art and craft stores that I've been to.It's in a good location and easy to find. You can usually find some very nice gifts here. I would leave zero stars if I could. Tried to order from them and wanted to get overnight service. Was told they would not ship because the shipping cost exceeded the product cost. They demanded that I get a FedEx account to ship. Mike Jacobs was rude, unprofessional and a total jerk to me on the phone. Refused to put on a supervisor and hung up on me. After I tracked down a FedEx number and made a new order Mike Jacobs proceeded to cancel the order just out of spite and then sent threatening and harassing emails to me throughout the day. NEVER do business with this company or you will regret it.

All I wanted to know was if the cost of a sample ($3.50 - ridiculous price to stick a stamp on something) would be refunded if I placed an order, as is customary with most paper companies. However, the "manager" told me that my question was ridiculous and hund up on me. Like I said, don't waste your time.

I am astonished that JAM Paper is still in business. The owner lacks the willingness or mathmatical capacity provide detailed pricing information. He is deficient in the product knowledge neccessary to answers simple product questions - and actually becomes annoyed. When I attempted to work with someone other than him at JAM, he became enraged and it was clear that he harbors deep insecurities that manifest in total disrespect and unprofessionalism. Beware!
