it seems like everyone knows that artisanal is famous for its cheese. of course they also have awesome fondue. everything else we tried on the menu was pretty tasty as well. it was pretty packed when we went for dinner on a friday night. better to make a reservation before you go. must visit if you love cheese and fondue!

I usually make my own fondue, but for special occasions a special group of friends and I will make a pilgrimage to Artisanal and splurge. It is hard to beat their little cheese biscuits (recipe available online) and dipping a variety of meats into a variety of cheeses is just a great group activity. Come with a group so that you can order a variety of dishes and share - it is more fun that way and there are so many tastes you will want to try. You might be in the mood for beef tips AND kielbasa AND bread AND blue cheese AND traditional fondue. That is too much for you to order alone, especially after you scarfed down 6 biscuits. So make it a group outing and order until you roll off your chair.
