I was involved in a very complex case. He settled it out of court. But, I felt we could have done better if we'd gone to court. Like many other attorneys, he does not want to litigate. If you want to negotiate an out of court settlement, he's good. If you want to fight for your rights in court, look elsewhere or represent yourself.

I heard about David through my colleagues. He represented me when my crazy ex-roommate sued me, my current roommate and the landlord for an illegal lockout dispute. It was a complicated and silly case and I shouldn't have been sued in the first place but David came through and we won our case. He's friendly, brilliant and very thorough. He also makes you feel comfortable. I highly recommend him.

I found out about David Frazer while reading cases and doing legal research in preparation for an appearance in Housing Court. He has represented loft tenants in a number of landmark decisions over the years. In consultation, I found him to be generous, knowledgeable, and to-the-point.

He's got a friendly style, but when the %$#@ hits the fan he tends to crumble and backpedal. Probably good with minor cases, ours was a doosy and maybe he got in over his head.
Still, one shouldn't make promises they can't keep.
