I felt compelled to write after reading the pretentious review by the college kid beneath me. I love Agave. I love hosting parties in their private room. I love the fact that I always feel taken care of. It's a neighborhood place with great food, the occasional celebrity, and a warm and unique staff. What more could you ask for?
Pros: cool staff, guac, atmosphere, brunch, private room, tequila!

My previous move (not with Flat Rate) was terrible! Not only did they increase their rate once my stuff was all loaded on the truck but they damaged and lost a bunch of my stuff. I filed a claim and was awarded a settlement, but by that time the company was already bankrupt and out of business. Sooo, I was very skeptical of moving companies but went with Flat Rate based on a friend's recommendation. I dealt with Craig Yettra who was EXTREMELY helpful. He was friendly and professional and answered all my paranoid questions with remarkable patience and understanding. He assured me that my rate would indeed be flat, and it was! The crew who did the packing and moving (Sam and Sophian, I think) were also amazing- very fast, friendly, and careful. I could not have been more pleased with this move and will use Craig and Flat Rate for every move I have going forward!
Pros: Excellent customer service (thanks to Craig)
Cons: NONE, honestly!

Making a reservation at this restaurant was almost as hard as trying to score Bruce Springsteen concert tickets. I called exactly one (1) month before the day of my wife's birthday (when their reservation lines opened) and got a busy signal for almost half an hour.
On the night of our dinner we were glad we weren't late. The lower level dining room was packed. I felt bad for those who were seated there because people waiting to be seated were almost standing on top of them. The upper level where we sat was beautiful tthough small.
The food and wine were excellent. The thing that amazed my wife and I the most was the service. I have never in my life seen a more attentive staff. We never had to ask for refills on water or wine, our questions were politely answered and our food was brought on time. To my surprise the bill wasn't as much as I had expected. We made sure the tip reflected the service. This is by far the best restaurant we have ever been to.
Pros: Excellent Service
Cons: Reservations hard to place

Seriously. This was one of my favorite dining experiences worldwide. I think because I like good food but not stuffy places, this was a perfect match for me. We sat in the front room within the buzz of the lively bar scene and enjoyed 4 courses all of which were delicious. Our server couldn't have been more down to earth and friendly even bringing a complimentary "desert bite" for me when my friend ordered and I didn't. Kudos to Danny Meyer for creating restaurants with great food without the "snobbery"!
Pros: Celery Root Soup, Smoked Trout, Seabass and Perfect Service
Cons: It's 2000 miles from my house!

gave me great advice on moving, how to plan out how many boxes I needed, I used them for a move, for storage, for getting things out of storage. VERY courteous and professional. I've moved several times and this was the best move by far. I recommend them in every way - they are on top of the job and really lovely people, which does make a difference. All my stuff arrived in good condition and it was a pleasure working with them. They go above and beyond in service and their prices are better than others - look at all what you get and you'll see the same.
Pros: on time, courteous, friendly and happy, GREAT job
Cons: none

I hired Imperial to help me move out of my one bedroom apt earlier this month and we were very pleased with the results. Everything went according to plan with no curveballs.
The movers were very professional and good to deal with. I will definitely be using Imperial again for my next move.

Made a special trip to the city to have sushi with my wife who had been dying to have "good" sushi. Only took us seconds to decide to come back to Yasuda; but this time, we sat at the sushi bar. Making the reservation was a little bit nerve cracking because of the accent of the staff and the background noise; however, it did not stop me from trying to have the best fish in town. The fish was exceptional as always after all these years. And I had used my hands to eat sushi the first time after the chef gave me an okay. There are ONLY few established restaurants that have yet disappointed us, Yasuda is definitely one of them in town.
Pros: Best fish
Cons: Reservation

My dachshund loves all of her toys from Trixie and Peanut and I love seeing the new toys that they bring out. I am constantly checking New Arrivals. The Haute Diggity Dog toys are among my favorites, as they are always good for a laugh and they are durable. They also make wonderful gifts! A new favorite is the collection of Woven Toys and I have my eye on the Woven Candy Cane for the holidays. I have never been to the NYC store, but I LOVE the website.
Trixie and Peanut is always the first place I look to for my little pup.
Pros: Excellent customer service, creative & unique toys!!!
Cons: None
