Partners & Crime is a good book store to stock up on murder crimes and mystery books. The staff knows there stuff and are always able to help you find what you want. Last time I went I left with a ton of books to last me for a long time. Next time I feel the need to read something that goes bump in the night I will be heading back to partners and crime.

Partners & Crime is one of the four great detective book stores in New York City. They have an extensive selection of detective, mystery and suspense fiction. All the books are used and come at a cheap price. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and they are open late most nights. Call for store times and hours.

I was on my way to Italy and wanted to soak up the atmosphere before, during and after my trip. After a hearty brunch at Good (on Greenwich as well) my wife and I spent another hour at this wonderful little mystery book store. The staff can be trusted to make expert recommendations - the real reason to shop at specialty shops like this. Their selection is broad - meaning they have more mysteries than even the big name stores we all visit. And, if you tell them what you like, they will make selections that build on your experience or maybe, send you in a new direction. We need stores like this. We need people who work with passion in places like this. It's good for the book buying public and good for our cherished authors.

Avid reader here. Love dropping by used book stores and this is a good gem for mystery novels, hence the name of the store. Mystery and Suspense is the genre that they specialize in. I've found quite a few first and second edition novels of Dexter, Allingham, and Slayer novels to name a few. If you enjoy this genre, this is worth a visit. Service is standard -- staff is generally friendly and helpful if you need.
