I found this place on a whim one night wondering around the village and now I'm hooked. The all Japanese staff does an amazing job of adding volume and movement to my generally flat hair. The space is very retro in the basement of a walk-up with exposed heating pipes all around. They use Keihl styling products and a great smelling shampoo...I think Redken. The best part is the cost..only $50.

They are excellent at haircuts, and to top it off, they have really late hours, in fact from 2pm to about 12am, so you are guaranteed to get your appointment after work hours. The shop is pretty small, but kept very clean and the stylists are very good. I'd definitely make an appointment and try them out. The only thing that's bad is that they are super expensive. But for a good haircut, you have to sacrifice something.
