such a nice beautiful cozy restaurant! its fantastic the waitress held our spot on the line and allowed us to go around the block for a bottle of wine! and we had a table waiting for us once we got back!
yes its byob! such a value at that and such a selection at the shop around the block. i bet they get so much business because of this restaurant.
this is your traditional French bistro, great place to start your date, and move on toward all the bars in the village afterwards.
love it!
Pros: really cute, friendly, good prices
Cons: get thier early or their could be a line

This hole in the wall pizza place is fantastic. The pizzas are the product of the owner's creativity and they are all delicious. The fig pizza and the the tarte flambe deserve special recognition: the flavors are out of this world and cooked to perfection. The owner and his wife, the only main workers in the restaurant, take special care to make sure your dining experience is as enjoyable as possible. We came with a group of four people and by the end of the night, the owner, Marty, had pulled up a chair, and we were all drinking together and enjoying the night. This is a great restaurant to bring a couple bottles of wine, relax, and enjoy some awesome pizza. It was a great dining experience. We will definitely be back.

I really enjoyed dinner at Wondee Siam. The food was great, portions were large, prices affordable. Being able to bring your own bottle(s) of wine is definitely a perk but don't plan on staying long and drinking and chatting - they move you in and out of here due to the tiny little eating area. Overall, much recommended for a good, cheap dinner!
Pros: BYOB, large portions, affordable
Cons: Small seating area, wait time

spent my last Sunday brunch at Caffe Falai because a friend of mine had wanted to go for weeks. The service was professional and friendly and the idea of the "white restaurant with the elegant chandelier" made it a minimalist dining experience. But I'm not saying the food is bland. On the contrary- the cheese eggs and dessert are beyond words. Thanks!
Pros: brunch

Exquisite japanese cuisine, likely will not appeal to those who judge their food by weight, the chef does not suffer fools lightly. The hot dishes prepared in the kitchen are in the same league as the raw fish, in a category of its own, The tempura, as an example, is so light and translucent as to defy description, just as is the shima aji prepared by Soto himself. This is not the place to fill up on sushi rolls - come and be wowed if you're interested to see what's out there beyond Nobu and the like.
Pros: imaginative, ethereal, visually stunning dishes
Cons: service can be slow, price reflects the quality

I usually go out to NYC restaurants multiple times a week and I really enjoyed San Rocco. Thought the entire dining experience was great. Decor was sleek and contemporary (especially for Italian restaurant standards). The service was excellent. Everyone was the right level of friendly and very attentive. The background music helped make the atmosphere pretty upbeat. The food was also very good. Each person I dined with really enjoyed their meals. I had the Penne with Veal Ragu and Grilled Shrimp entre. Both were great. The presentation for each serving was also pretty impressive. I would recommend San Rocco for most occasions and I hope they are around for a long time.
Pros: Excellent service (staff was very likeable) atmosphere, food
Cons: N/A
