I wanted to have the hair like Jessica Simpson but I didn?t like any of the hair extensions offered in the marked, I think they are not safe and that I can ended up with less hair than the thinning hair I have.
I don?t believe in reviews, I think that some are made-up by the pr?s, I?ve followed before good reviews and most of the time I was not able to have what the reviews promised, not even close. I certainly believe in words of mouth from friends and experts. About hair extensions and hair color all my friends are saying the same; the only one you can trust is Rodolfo Valentin. So when I got the time to make an appointment with him I did and I am extremely happy I did!- In less than two hours I have the baby blonde hair color I was always dreaming of. Nobody can distinguish the hair extensions from my own hair; they are perfectly equal in texture and quality. My blonde highlights are astounding and I couldn?t be happier. I will say that Rodolfo Valentin in the scale from 1 to 10 deserves 15 stars for hair color and equal stars for hair extensions. I can even say that every other service I got was an experience including the superb shampoo by Pia that includes a cranial massage that only in the best spa you can get.
The salon is immaculate, beautifully, modern and fresh furnished, and everyone in Rodolfo Valentin staff is enjoyable. Perhaps the friendliest and nicest salon I ever meet. I feel blessed to have a hair salon of this quality near home. I realize that I did very well into follow my instinct of no believes in reviews, but in the honest words of friends and family.

i have been shopping at this store for over 15 years and even think it was located some where else before it moved to present location. I have always gotten rave reviews for the quality , style , etc from anyone i have given gifts to. the staff has been awesome and i believe some girls have been there many years. they are always helpful and very good at asking questions so for guys who don't know what to get...you will when you leave store. thanks sooooo much for all the years, i can't wait for xmas morn to see my new loved face when she sees what i got at la petite coquette.

I have been Mr. Kelly's customer for over 6 years and never ever had issue with any of his products and he has always provided outstanding customer service. Even my father and brothers always buy from him. You get a great quality suit made out of the finest fabrics for a reasonable price.
As far as AndreChi is concerned, I do not think he has ever visited La Rukico Tailors, he would know that Mr. Kelly sends a copy your measurements, style desired and fabrics selected via email the day we place an order. You always have a proof of what you have ordered.

attention all girls in search of the perfect messy pixie cut!!!i have being getting my hair cut by david s. for going on 15 years now and when he moved downtown to L'Atelier Salon by Morgan and Paul, i was thrilled. it is an intimate place: small without being claustrophobic, friendly without being annoying. the atmosphere is hip but also inviting--i actually look forward to the hours i spend there. morgan is a convivial, happy presence and his particular brand of french charm is infectious. as for david, he give the best short haircut i've ever had--very textured and beautifully shaped, in my case with streaks of platinum painted throughout my ashy blond hair. as far as cost goes, the prices seem to be in the mid-range by manhattan standards, but i have gotten so many compliments over the years that it's well worth it. david has great instincts when it comes to both cut and color, and he's incredibly nice! who could ask for anything more?
Pros: great group of stylists who really seem to care and take pride in their work

At one point I beleived all cleaners were pretty much the same, until I started noticing my outfits coming back from the cleaners looking dingy and old. That is when I decided to give Iris a try. Whatever it is they do, it works. Its obvoius they take good care of my expensive clothes, unlike most other cleaners in nyc. Great Service!

Most of the time I have felt that there is a disconnect between what I am envisioning and what the colorist interprets, resulting in corrections. Not this time! I read reviews of this salon on citysearch and booked my appointment with Mayra. I was not disappointed. She is amazing. She looked at my eye color and complexion and figured out what hair color would look best. I was pleased beyond words. She has extensive experience and she is very professional and pleasant. I know that I will be coming back to this salon to see her!

This salon is charming and beautiful, the staff is very attentive and really knows how to treat a new guest. I had never had my hair cut or colored here before, and the people/staff at Besu made me feel really comfortable. I am super neurotic about my hair- just so you know. It was nice to be able to get out all my frustrations without them rolling their eyes. Anyway, I got an amazing hair cut, and a great color as well. Though it's far from my apartment, I'm totally going to make the trip back. See you in 6-8 weeks!!

In 2004 I bought my first piece from Dov. my thinning hair needed help and I read about Dov in the NY Times.
He knew exactly what would be appropriate. I was anxious and he made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Dov is compassionate and cares first about his clients' needs.
I purchased a wig in Brooklyn. NO COMPARISON ! The quality and texture of the hair, the fit and the embarrassment of it sliding off in a restaurant, made me realize that I can't go elsewhere.
I love this man not only because he made me look 20 years younger and improved my self esteem but because his words of wisdom have changed my outlook on life.
