Don't expect much in the way of customer service! I dropped off a jacket for alterations, and when I got it back, there was a run in the fabric on the sleeve. The proprietor of the business vigorously defended himself, arguing that the blemish was pre-existing and could not possibly have been caused by the work done at his shop. He then proceeded to charge me full price for the work, without second thought. His reaction, tone, and overall demeanour completely lacked the slightest element of customer service, even in its most primitive form. Regardless of how or when the fabric run was caused, the manner in which it was handled was utterly and entirely unacceptable. Additionally, my jacket was returned to me smelling heavily of incense, which remained on the garment for some time afterwards. With me that day, I had three pair of pants and another jacket, which I was initially set to drop off for alterations. However, I was so disgusted with the total absence of customer service that I decided to bring my business elsewhere. I should have initially set my expectations lower, as I was in the shop a week prior and witnessed the shop owner aggressively arguing with another customer who was unhappy with and dumbfounded by a sizable hole in a garment that had been returned to him. I have been to many tailors in the past who cannot even alter pants properly so I decided to check out Imparali a few weeks ago to add straps and shorten my bridesmaid dress. From the moment I walked in, the manager was very attentive and helpful. I was a little hesitant to allow anyone to touch this dress however, he assured me that his tailors will do a great job-and they did! The dress was done within a week and looks fantastic! I was very impressed with Imparali's customer service and the work they completed for me. I will definitely be back! Pros: Great customer service, quick turnaround time

I was needing to get a suit altered in a rush for a wedding that I was invited to last minute. I purchased a suit from Saks earlier in the week, and found a tailor around the area. The Jacket needed to be brought in along the sides, sleeves shortened, waist taken in and the pants hemmed at the bottom. They fitted me during my lunch break, and had it ready in two days. I am very happy and pleased with the speedy and wonder service Imparali has given me. I will be sure to come back for any alterations I may need in the future.

I went in and ordered a few shirts from Imparali due to the great reviews on here. I am very happy I tried them out. Shirts came out great and in a timely manner. I re-created one of my Turnbull & Asser Shirts. being that it's around $300 for a custom shirt, I needed to find someone who can do custom shirts for a lot less, and they were the guys to do it for me. They copied my favorite shirt exactly. and the fit was great. I will be doing buying more shirts from them.

I found these guys through Citysearch and they seemed to have a lot of positive reviews. I went in to get 1 suit and a couple shirts. I was very happy with the quality, and customer service I received. I would recommend Imparali to all my colleagues and friends.

This was by far the worst custom tailor experience that I have ever had. The clothes (Suit and shirts) came in late. The clothes did not fit correctly. The worksmanship looked as if the clothes were made by child. There was and utter lack of communication. The customer service was deplorable. I will never again use such an unprofessional tailor. Pros: None Cons: You name it, you got it.
