And I've gone to most of the Japanese restaurants around here. Kappo Nara's food is by far the most authentic. Great selection of sushi, sashimi, noodles, donburi, teriyaki, tempura, etc. The salad dressing is their own and is to die for! There are even two (?) tables set up on a tatami mat if you like to eat old school Japanese style.

The sushi is divine according to my husband and I really enjoy the chicken dish.
