I LOVE the store on Jefferson Ave. Its the only one I go to. They always have whatever I need in stock. I read a lot of series type books and they always have ALL the books and they are always arranged in the order of the series. Staff is great and helpful. You can do almost anything here. I like to people watch too! Everyone seems to co exist here - it should be like his everywhere!

I love Barnes and Noble... it's almost got exactly what I'm looking for in stock. The employees are very friendly and helpful, without being a bother. If I can't find something, they'll immediately stop what they're doing to help. Whether that be by the computer or physically looking for something, they are always willing to help without an attitude. I really appreciate this particular form of customer service. With the exceptions of the store sometimes being WAY too crowded(expand the store please!) and the parking lot being a bit too small, I love coming here. I can always find what I need.

The building for this Barnes and Noble is lovely. It's unique in comparrison to the surrounding area. The inside has nice carpets and feels high end. The book selection is excellent (which is what you'd expect for Barnes & Noble but it's nice to know they are living up to the expectation that comes with this franchise). The prices are fair. The location is excellent being right across from the Patrick Henry Mall.
