I stayed at this property for a conference. The location offers a short drive to a lot of great shopping opportunities and cute little areas of coastal Orange County. That aside, I did have some problems. I reserved a double room with patio or balcony. The first room they gave to me was a double, but did not have a patio or balcony. I went back to the desk, they apologized and assigned me a new room. This one was not a double. I had to return to the front desk AGAIN to let them know it was not the correct type of room. The third one ended up being correct. Still it was a lot of frustration after a long days drive to get here. Also, the ATM machine did not function during my whole stay ... and there was no easy place to walk to for cash. Front desk said they would cash a personal check for me .... however I never travel with my check book. I will say that the catering staff was great for our event. They were professional and did their job great, without being disruptive to the key note speakers.
