i love Rubino's! it's cheap, great sauce, great crust, perfect cheese to toppings to sauce proportions...i been to all the pizza places down here and this one is memorable. the people that own it are really nice. they have this dog named Kenny and he so cute. it's cravable!

I have discovered that I cannot drink anything but fresh-roasted coffee, so Kean Coffee is a godsend for me. They roast all of their coffee right there in the shop. Most coffee is over-roasted, and for those of us who have sensitive stomachs, that spells trouble. When I drink the coffee at Kean I feel great. I also love the ambience and the lively atmosphere. I also love the latte art (it really does make it taste better!) and their specialty espresso drinks are sooooo good, I find myself craving them at the oddest times. Kean Coffee is a real coffeehouse with real coffee (they also sell the beans that they roast), not a big chain or a wannabe place. At the busy times it can be hard to get a table, but this is my favorite coffeehouse in OC, hands down.

The flamenco show was a lot of fun to watch and the salsa lesson was great too. After the show and lesson is over, the floor is cleared for a night of dancing. Girls, if you want to dance all night, leave the boys at home. There are plenty of guys who are willing to take you for a spin on the floor. It's great for girls like me who have no idea how to salsa because most of the guys are gentlemen and just want to dance and they'll show you. For you experts - you can show everyone up. the food wasn't very memorable but the sangria was fantastic.

GOSH! There is nothing to say accept, if you like the irish scene and the irish food, then this is the pub to go to. i highly recommend Muldoons. You just can't go wrong!!

Cabo Cantina is the best bar in Newport Beach. I love the Margaritas and the Sunset Rolls (some type of mexican appetizer). Definately a party college-type bar. Weekend afternoons is a great place to spend some time when at the beach. Watch out for the upselling waitresses and bartenders (constantly trying to get you to spend more money). They charge for chips and salsa which is kind of a jip.. The bartenders are all really fun. Watch out or Ed will get you on the bar. No dancing or music, but still lots of fun.

Best italian restaurant in O.C. I happened to be there on Sat. 6/02/08 for lunch with my 4 yr. old daughter and unfortunately across from Vadebergh with her child and husband and also another couple with their children. That women should really control her son, he was obnoxious, playing with all the silverware and clanking plates, and used the booster seat like it was a go cart all around the restaurant with his mother running in back of him in a very busy restaurant. She tried getting the seat away from him and actually went into the kitchen with it , then proceeded to place it on the floor behind the bar when the owner approached her and told her it could not be there because it would be a hazard to her workers, she abruptly and loundly called the owner a"B"for all to hear, then proceeded to tell her husband not to leave a Tip. The server after they left ,said the service couldn't have been bad due to the fact that her HUSBAND left a 25% tip. LOL ! I guess you have to put up all different characters when you own a business!!
I can tell you that my daughter and my experienceat CIAO was outstanding, we will definitely be back, and I also will tell everyone I know what great people, service, and italian food CIAO has!!!!!

There are several reasons we feel this is one of the best in Orange County. The service was second to none. We felt pampered by the waiter (Cory) as well as the Manager who came by to see all was well and welcome us as first time guests. Thiswas the finest Lobster Bisque ever. Just the right touch of spice in a creamy blend. The scallops were served with an unusal mixture of citrus and came out amazing. The stuffed shirmp with crab had a excellent presentation as well as taste. Creme Brule was simple and well done. Don't miss this one!
Pros: Service was superior
Cons: Dining area is combined with a bar. We enjoyed it but maybe not all would.

I wasn't too sure what to expect, but when I went there this past Saturday for my girlfriend's birthday, it was great. It was extremely large and beautiful. I sat at the sushi bar, and my chef was the head sushi chef, Abe, who was extrememly happy and friendly. Food was great, but the attentive service was best. One of our entrees was taking a bit of time, but he was on top of things. He made sure to ask about our food, so we didnt have to, and it was nice that he remembered what we ordered and actually noticed that it wasn't there. The food taking a little while to come was not a big deal, because we were not in a hurry, and we were just enjoying the atmosphere. The menu had so many interesting entrees that I wanted to try. I can't wait to go back.
Pros: Great Service, Wide Selection, Unique Items
