I have been coming to Spa G for the past 5 years. I keep coming back because they have amazing Facials (Arcona Rejuvenation Deluxe) and wonderful 90 minute massages by caring therapists. I now and then cheat on them when I try out other places with my girlfriends, but then realize (usually while I'm in the middle of a treatment there) that they are definitely worth the money as I always leave feeling amazing. They are really great with their promotions and events and are always up to date with the latest treatments. I really, really love Spa G!
Pros: Clean Enviroment, Lots of Amenities, and Caring Therapists
Cons: Can be expesive if no specials (which they usually have)

I've been going to Spa Gregories for facials and massages for 7 years now. I always get welcomed by name by each spa coordinator and they know who I am when I call. Dana Conely is one of my favorite massage therapist who literally takes me to a relaxing place every time I have a massage with her. Mona Kirylo gives her special touch w/ her facials and she listens to your concerns and helps you understand what is going on with your skin and how you can fix it. They use amazing products at Spa Gregories and I am a HUGE fan of Arcona and use it daily. I highly recommend the Arcona Enzyme facial and if you truly want a treat for yourself...the Rejuvenation Deluxe is by far my favorite.
If you want the best waxers too I highly recommend Spa Gregories!!
Pros: Yummy facials, massages and body treatments

This is a fabulous spa with great services. I especially enjoyed the maternity massage when I was pregnant, the Arcona facial with cranberry products and the Swedish massage by my South African aesthetician. She makes the experience so nice and unpretentious!
The only downside is the mix matched resting room, which needs a facelift, and the small changing room on a busy day. But definitely my "go to" spa for a special treat.
Pros: Great aestheticians
Cons: Outdated waiting room & small changing room

I've been visiting this spa for years now and it feels like a second home to me. The staff, new and old, are always so gracious and of course we are on first name basis now! Isn't it lovely when your therapist gives you a goodbye hug wishing you well! How many spa's out there give such a personal touch? The treatments are great to say the least. Yes, it is a smaller spa, but with the right attitude, it's very cozy! I love that its not light, bright and sterile looking. The moment you walk through the doors into the spa, you automatically exhale and come down a few notches!
As for the girl and her husband, It's unfortunate you had a bad experience. I've always known Spa Gregories to compensate for any mishaps. You seem quite bitter and unforgiving....how sad for you. Try a little compassion and it may do your heart well!

I don't know what all the rave is about with this spa. I have had several treatments here and it was not a big deal. I have had much better.

Spa Gregories is a great little get away that I've been going to for years. The therapists are one of a kind and the desk staff is great. They always try to accommodate me in any way they can, which is why I keep coming back. It's not a very big spa but that is what I love about it. It's like my own private get away where I can retreat to after a hard day's work. Also, they do so much for my community and have a staff that is trained in Oncology services, which is hard to find in a day spa! I recommend it to all my friends and co-workers. Great spa!
Pros: Lovely Staff
Cons: None!

My husband and I went to this spa for waxing services. I wanted his eyebrows waxed because he was standing in his friend's wedding at the Ritz Carlton in Palm Springs Fl. I chose this spa because of the reviews on line. We walked in and waited a good 20 minutes before being seen. When he came out he had a look of shock on his face. The waxing lady not only burned his skin above his eyebrow, but tore at least 3 layers of skin off!!! It was not just a little spot, but 2 inches across and above his eyebrow. The manager recommended for him to see the dermatologist across the street who wasn't even open b/c it was new years eve. The wedding was in 2 days and we were going to be in Florida. The manager told him to stay out of the sun. We were looking forward to warmer weather on "the other coast".
Our trip was ruined and my poor husband completely embarrased. He's had better waxing services at vietnamese nail salons! DO NOT GO!
Cons: ambience=stuffy

I have been waxing for 8 years and have been to many salons/spas for regular bikini waxes. I called this spa the day before New Years Eve for a reg. bikini wax. Because I travel so much I have to use different salons. Therefore, I can be a fair judge as to what salons are good. This spa is a JOKE! Samantha answered my call and booked me. She then proceeded to call me 3 times to change my time until we got it down for 10:45.
I arrived 10 minutes early and then sat around until 11:05. When I asked about my appointment the girls said that there was a mistake and I was down for 11. They put me in the back room to wait, where I was mortified by the ambiance. The dim lighting was a bad attempt at trying to hide all the chatchke mess. What bad Feng Sui! i felt like I was in an old person's home sitting among crammed furniture. I want a spa, not someone's old living room.
Erin, my service provider came and I told her the time, and she retorted that her watch said 11:03. That was completely rude and really stupid of her to say since the clock on her wall said 11:05. She definitely became hostile once I pointed out her clock. Her attitude made me very uncomfortable since this was my first appointment with her and the salon. After she was done, she told me there was still a little wax left. She then gave me a bottle of oil, a warm towel, and ointment and instructions that the oil would dissolve the wax. When I reached for the wax, there was clumps of it left in which I had to painfully rip it off my skin. I almost panicked b/c I didn't think I could get it off. I have never had anyone tell me to "clean Up" the remaining wax on my body. Isn't that why we pay them to get the job done?
