When I picked up my car it ran better than when I bought it. My Service Advisor, Rob took his time to resolve a problem that had been lingering. I'm completely satisfied. Fletcher Jones has spoiled me. Downside..I live in Inglewood, but I will always bring my car to FJMC.

Just got my car back from Sterling BMW. Don't get me wrong, really friendly people. But $639 for an oil change and brake fluid, I would rather hang out with my enemies. ARE you kidding me?? In these times and you still want to kick people when there down? Thanks for nothing. I will never be back again. Included in the price was $140 for telling me a part was broken which is why I went there in the first place. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE.
