this is the worst dealer of any vehicle that i have had the unfortunate opportunity to deal with. they are incapable of doing what they promise or following thru on their committments. the sales department sent me the wrong bike that happened to have $1000 less in accessories than i paid for. it has been over a month and the F & I department is so inept that i still do not have the correct paperword and have not been able to get a title or license plate. the owner has yet to return several calls. double check their math and make sure you are not charged double to prep the bike. they have several names but use this underhanded method to increase their profit and not mention it until you have reached a deal. if this is your only harley dealer i would suggest you buy a victory, big dog or any other brand than endure this level of incompetence. more

I had spent a lot of time searching for the right bike, since it was my first, I wanted to know it was something I could handle and not out of my price range. I went to multiple dealerships and talked to a million sales reps but, the reps at www.nohd.com ( shameless plug ) were the only people that seemed like real people and not out to make a quick buck. They were the only dealers that did not try and sell me the most expensive bike on the lot for my first bike and although I did want a brand new bike, they suggested possibly getting a used bike for my first. After helping me get financed despite my credit problems I am not the new owner of a BRAND NEW SOFTAIL !!! GREAT DEAL GREAT PRICE GREAT PEOPLE !!!!! They also pointed me in the direction of beginner and advanced lessons, which I have enrolled for, along with giving me a steal of a deal on gear!!! more

I would like to warn people about the terrible experience that we endured at and with New Orleans Harley Davidson...... We did our first dealings with NOHD over the internet, and by phone. We agreed on the bike, and on the price and finally the financing. We arranged to drive up from down below Houston, Tx. instead of having to wait a week, and pay an additional $400+ delivery fee. After driving over 6 hours to get there and arranging a time of arrival, we had to wait over 4 hours just to be seen by anyone. When we finally got into the business office, the deal we had arranged was changed all together...which added on an additional cost of around $8000.00, we were lied to about the warranty, the down payment, and basically everything about the whole deal! The bike was not even ready to leave out of the dealership, it was filthy and the back tire was almost bald. My husband finally signed the contract out of sheer frustration, and we were all exuasted, and still had a long drive ahead of us...... To add insult to injury, now over 4 months later, we still cant get the bike registered because there has been numerous problems with the title...according to the VIN# the bike does not exist!....so unfortunately....THE NIGHTMARE CONTINUES!! Please be wary of the dealership, this is no way to treat any customer!!!! more
