Was very impressed with the place! I have been back several times since my first visit. Love the decor and the food is very reasonably priced and excellent! Topped with great Martini's and other beverages as well. I highly recommend it, it is a great spot to hang with friends for any occasion. Though the service can sometimes be a little slow, if you are not in a rush it is fine to just chill with your friends. My new favorite place to go! Pros: Great food at great prices. Cons: Slow service

I can't say enough good things about Nikkita's! It's right in downtown New Haven, near all the other bars & clubs, but it totally stands out from the rest. All the portions are smaller, but also very cheap (like $9 or $10). For example, if you have 2 people, order 3 dishes, and you'll be good to go! The food is soooooo yummy (they have everything from pizzas to coconut shrimp and chicken dishes). Definitely try the New York style calamari...it's out of this world. If you can, eat in the bar. It has an awesome atmosphere. The best part about Nikkita's, by far, is their awesome martinis. They have a menu with so many you'll never be able to try just one (and only like $6 a pop). My favorites are the Cinnamon Caramel Apple, the Key Lime Pie, and the Tidy Bowl. They also have a martini sampler ($10 for 3 martinis, each about half of a normal one) for those of us who are totally indecisive. Just trust me, try this place next time you're looking for dinner in New Haven. I've never brought anyone there and had them not like it. PROS: oh gosh, everything!! CONS:
