There's nothing good about a car accident - even a minor fender bender. I hope I never see these guys again. But, you couldn't find a better place to take your car when it needs work. Not only are these guys patient and sympathetic, but they're very open and knowledgable about cars, and make a point of ensuring that you understand your rights, their thoughts on what your repair requires, and ways to verify their recommendations. If you know nothing about cars (like me), you'll leave feeling like you're being well taken care of - not taken advantage of. Their work is exceptional - my car looks brand new - and they pride themselves on taking extra steps for their customers (insisting the insurance company pay for top notch instead of adequate parts, shampooing the inside after I left junk everywhere, buffing out a few dings that were from shopping carts instead of the accident - and I checked, those items were not billed - and giving me some Honda specific advice above and beyond the call of duty - did you know that leaving an active cell phone in the passenger seat will fry your airbag sensors over time? An unforseen quirk.) They're particularly good with Hondas - Brandfon Honda uses them for all their repair work, so they see a lot, but I'd use them for anything. Seriously - make yourself feel better if you're in a bad situation. Trust these guys.
