My wedding ring was in poor shape and desperately needed to be cleaned. The engagement ring and wedding band also needed to be saudered (sp?) together and sized to fit my finger. We were new in the area and didn't want to take it to the usual mall jewelry store. So, we took a chance and stopped in.
The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. The gentleman worked with me to figure out the right size, I was concerned once it was one solid ring, rather than two separate ones, it may not fit the way I liked.
It took approximately one week for them to call and let me know all the work had been completed. The work done on my ring was wonderful. It looked brand new. It fit just as he said it would. I was very pleased with the service I received. Not only did they have the work accomplished in a fair amount of time but the charges were appropriate for the work done.
We will continue to bring this store our business when it comes to any jewelry repair and look forward to purchasing items at a later date.

So many pets so little time. This place is amazing you can bring your pets with you to shop and try out the toys before they go home . It is like taking kids to a toy store. The staff is so helpful and they know about the animals they are selling. They sell not just animals but the books if you need them food ,toys, anything you could need , they also have a partner ship with the local humane society to help stray animals . Bring your pets here to check the store out they will love it.

I recently went here to get sneakers and the customer service was great. I had my feet measured and found out that I have been buying the wrong size and the wrong shoe for my foot type. I was so impressed with this place I took my mom here and we had the same great service. Thank you so much.

IM NOT MUCH OF A READER, BUT I RECENTLY BRED MY MALE BOXER AND Didn't HAVE A CLUE ABOUT WHAT I WAS ABOUT TO ENCOUNTER. SO I DECIDED TO GO TO BARNES AND NOBLE AND READ UP. I CAN'T TELL YOU HOW MUCH I ENJOYED SITTING THERE IN ONES OF THOSE BIG COMFY CHAIRS, SIPPING MY COFFEE AND LEARNING NEW THINGS. I NOW TRY TO GO THERE ONCE A WEEK FOR A COUPLE HOURS TO GAIN SOME KNOWLEDGE ON WHATEVER CROSSES MY MIND. I'M SO GLAD WE FINALLY GOT A CHAIN BOOK STORE IN OUR AREA.

This men's clothier in the New Hartford Shopping center is one of place outside of the few places outside of big chains where one can get decent men's clothing in New Hartford. The selection of the merchandise ranges on the upper side, with some very fine-quality suits and shirts available. The tailoring department is wonderful, and the sales staff is incredibly well-versed in the art of selling, and altering, men's fine clothing. Furthermore, as arguably the best renter of black and white tie formal wear, it is almost a staple at any New Hartford and many a Utica formal affair.
While knowledgeable, the sales staff can also become a bit too direct and indiscreet.

OK SO FOR ANYONE WHO KNOWS ME ITS A BIG JOKE BECAUSE TARGET IS LIKE MY SECOND HOME. I ABSOULUTLY LOVE THIS STORE YOU CAN FIND SO MANY DIFFERENT THINGS.THERE DOLLAR SECTION IS THE FIRST PLACE I USUALLY HIT UP, AND THERE DOG SECTION IS ALSO ONE OF MY FAVORITES. THEY CLEARANCE THINGS DOWN SO QUICKLY SO YOU'LL ALWAYS FIND A BARGAIN.THE ONLY BAD THING I CAN SAY ABOUT TARGET IS THERE RETURN POLICIES ARE TERRIBLE, THEY HAVE A LOT OF RULES AND REGULATIONS ABOUT BRINGING THINGS BACK.

My husband does much of his work clothes shopping here. They have a nice selection of mens dress shirts at a good price. We watch for their sales and always find a good deal, especially their end of season sales.
I don't find quite as much to purchase as they tend to focus more on petite sizes which I am not! They do have a small selection of talls but I would be happier if they had more. Still when I do find something it is always at a good price. The same goes for their kids clothing.
The only thing I have been disappointed in is their wait times to check out. Sometimes the line is very long. At one time we tried to check out at the jewelry department but the cashier was very rude and just sent us to another register. Come to find out they do work on commission but it seems to me she could have handled the situation in a friendlier manner and explained why she could not check us out.
Overall I still find the store to be worth my time to stop in and shop.

THEY ANSWERED ALL OUR QUESTIONS AND WERE VERY HONEST ABOUT CERTAIN BRANDS. ALTHOUGH IT CAN BE VERY LOUD IN THIS STORE THE PRICES ARE GREAT AND THEY HAVE ALL THE NEWEST MERCHANDISE IN ELECTRONICS. BEST BUY IS LOCATED IN THE WAL-MART PLAZA IN NEW HARTFORD.

They are the local retailer of Vera Bradley purses as well as Dooney and Bourke purses and wallets. The store sells jewelry, glassware, lamps, kitchenware, photo frames, umbrellas, clocks, and gift ware to numerous to list. The clerks are friendly and helpful. Every January, they hold a huge sale and that is the time to purchase wedding and shower presents at a discount.
