I absolutely love this place and was very sad that their hours and budget were cut because this place is invaluable to the New Castle Community. Whether it's to fax a document, locate a book, take a child to Storytime, use a computer to access the internet or simply read a magazine or newspaper the staff go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and to help you do whatever it is you came to do. They also have many volunteer positions available if you'd like to assist.
