My family, and I moved from Texas to New Jersey due to my job. We have eaten at many of New Jersey's fine restaurants, Some good, some so-so. We were sitting in a restaurant talking to another couple when the subject of Barbecue came up. My Wife was stating, since we moved to the East coast, we haven't eaten a decent southern meal. The couple recommended Rascals. They said they ate the beef brisket, and it was so tender, that they didn't need a knife!!! In Texas we know Beef brisket! Well we had to give it a go. Saturday evening we packed up and drove 1 1/2 hrs to eat at Rascals. I got to say....it was worth the trip!!! There was five of us, we LOVE it! The service was great, the place was very clean, and most of all the barbecue was amazing. I haven't had such good Q since I left Texas!!! My sons had fresh steamed Jumbo crabs. They were so big, they filled up, and took the rest home. I must say.....If you are ever in Delaware.....try Rascals, you will feel like licking the plate!!!
Pros: Owner is there everyday. Super nice staff. Great food!
Cons: I live over an hour away!

From the moment I walked onto the lot I felt relaxed. No pressure. No hassles. For real! The customer service was wonderful and friendly while understanding that I wanted to shop around before making a final decision. Of course, we came back! Best Deal - Best Service! And they offer shopping perks with an opportunty to earn credit towards your next vehicle : ) Next year we will be shopping for another car for my son, Nu Car is the only place we will looking!!

Jake's Hamburgers was voted best burgers in Delaware in 2007 so I gave them a try. Their burgers were the best I've had in sometime. Overall they have the best burger-fries-shakes in the area. I think the Charcoal Pit has the best Cheeseburgers but everything else is better at Jake's.

It's funny, I had been personally referred to PJ and then came on and read these reviews recently when someone said they read them. I got some other estimates as well. All of the estimates were cheaper and as it was my brother was also looking for the same thing I was, new roofing on the side of his house. We went with PJ Fitzpatrick and spent a bit over $8,000 for the large section of roof. My brother went with one of the cheaper quotes, spending $4,800 for a portion roughly the same size as ours. PJ took their time and also talked to me about some other options we could do, however we didn't do them. They were professional and worked fast when replacing the roof.
Three years later my brother's roof has major leaking because the shingling was not done properly. I don't understand the specifics of it, but they didn't do something right. He then went to another company with a cheaper price to fix it and they did, for about 2 weeks until the next big storm we had in the area. He fina
