Continuous hold and then asking to tell my problem to an operator? 6/9/2017

If you like being placed on hold for 15 minutes only to be transferred to an operator, not a doctor, not a receptionist and by no means not an operator at the doctors office, we are talking switchboard. I ask to speak to my doctor or the nurse, hold 15 minutes transferred and why are you calling? To speak to the nurse or doctor - why what is your problem? Like I want to tell the young stranger on the other end of the phone who clearly has no medical training, history, only a stranger / operator? He then tells me DOCTORS HAVE NO DIRECT PHONE lines. Nice - real - nice - just what I want to be treated as if I am calling about my credit card or paying my cable bill! more

Huge office, decent service 4/6/2006

I have been a patient at Women's Medical Care for over a year now. If you want a doctor who will remember your name and family information, this isn't the place to go. It is a very large practice, probably the largest in Orange County. On the plus side, it is fairly easy to get an appointment, their office staff is professional, and the doctors seem to know what they are doing. As I do not have children yet, I can't judge them on their obstetrics, but for normal checkups and birth control prescriptions, they are good. Their doctors seem to encompass the majority of area doctors delivering at St. Luke's Hospital. more

Doctors who don't care 10/28/2005

This is the last place I would recommend for any woman who is expecting a baby. The Dr.s don't return calls and do not want to be bothered after hours. more
