Bomay Biestro is a good sit down indian restaraunt. The food has been acclimated to the american palate. The dishes are not very spicey but they still have the aroma and taste of all the necessary spices. The roghan ghost lamb dish is out of this world The meat is so juicy and tender. They also offer a lunch buffet which is very reasonable and affordable.

I had my first taste of Indian food at this very elegant restaurant in downtown New Brunswick. The location is convienent as there are two parking decks very closeby. I had the lunch buffet and enjoyed the green mint dip at the beginning of the buffet. None of the food was overwhelming strong with curry but it was all very flavorful.
