This restaurant is one of my favorites for a date night. My boyfriend gets to enjoy the wide selection of brews and the game on tv, while I get to enjoy the cozy atmosphere and delicious food. The bacon cheeseburger is one of the best I've ever had, but they also have amazing chicken dishes, sandwiches, salads, and more. The dark and wooded interior gives you the impression that you have stepped into an 18th century pub. Prices are low and service is great. I had my birthday dinner there with a large group and they were very accommodating.

I had a great time at this brewpub / restaurant. The live blues was great. The fresh brewed beer was better. To my surprise the petite tenderloin was cooked to perfection. I though the service was only ok... but the food, beer, and entertainment made up for only ok service. I think the place is under new MGMT.

West End Coffee Bar is a great place to hang out with friends and family. The best place to sit is on their outdoor tables. its a nice place with gentle breeze going on. Inside the bar, i find it a bit crowded. they have kept too many tables to fit in as many as they can. Got a wide variety of drinks and snacks. Their snacks are really good. I would recommend this place.

This adorable little martini bar is set in the middle of the Rutgers town. The atmosphere is quite romantic, there are rose petals on the steps, small booths in the back with a beautiful fishtank. The list of martinis served is amazing. I definately recommend the Almond Joy martini to any chocolate lover.

Now that YY Doodle's is gone, I can honestly say that Noodle Gourmet makes the best Chinese food in New Brunswick. Their food is tasty (check the title for my favorite dish) and reasonably priced. If you don't have a lot of money, get a cold noodle dish from the appetizer menu for $3.95, it will fill you up. The staff is occasionally rude, however, and their bubble tea is a bit weak.

so if you order from here they say "ok buddy, 45 minutes".. after 45 minutes you call.. and they say "it's on the way" another 45 minutes go by and you call... they say "let me speak to the driver.. hold on"... and then they say "5 minutes..." and then the guy is at your place in 5 minutes! wow! but then again.. it only takes about 5 minutes to get from ru grill to any place around the campuses? so hummm... maybe it's better to walk over there and order.. and pick up your meal within 10 minutes! :)

This place is really awesome. Betweeh the two fireplaces and 2nd window seating, it's hard to choose where to seat. The food is amazing with some fusion items alongside some traditional dishes. Best thing about this place is that you can make your night into whatever you want from just pasta and antipasti to their delicious stuffed pork chop. This is a place one must visit if like me one is looking for some superior than the average Jersey italian joint

Everyone's heard of Starbucks, so this comes as no surprise. I love their coffee and cappuccinos. Twice a year, we used to hangout there in the mornings for the Rutgers Model UN and Model Congress Conferences. I don't go there much anymore but a visit is always a treat. Located right in downtown New Brunswick on George Street, it's an easy reach by walking or car. Frequent visits might be more than practical though, considering the relatively expensiveness of their products.

Efe's never fails to provide a yummy lunch or dinner. Their babaganoush is so good for appetizer, as well as their hummus, and other dips. Their chicken kabobs and gyros are really good too. This is an unique place and conveniently located near the train station near Rutgers' Busch campus.
Highly recommended for a fair priced lunch!
