While Delaware Express might nit be the cheapest airport transportation from DE-PHL, it's the most reliable around. You can either book online or through the phone, but you save by being a frequent passenger. I've found that the popularity of this company can often be a bad thing-- when six people are picked up at the airport, it can be a LONG trip home. Overall, it's not bad, but I'd use Blue Hen Shuttle instead.

I used Delaware Express Shuttle service to visit my wife (then fiancee) in Newark upon her recommendation. I had a late flight into PHL, which was delayed, then found myself sitting through five drop-offs until it was my turn. It's cheaper than taking a cab, but it seems a little expensive considering how long it takes you to get to your destination. If time is not an issue, then the service is okay.
