This facility not only has great group fitness classes, mind/body specialists and expert personal trainers but also fantastic amenities at a reasonable cost! Through membership (not much more cost then other Athletic Clubs in the city) you get all of the fitness amenities plus access to many social gatherings and a fantastic outdoor pool and much more. I love it and membership fees are nothing compared to what you would expect for this type of Club!

I like the western YMCA. They recently upgraded all of their equipment in the fitness center. This particular YMCA has great hours of operation. The downside is that they do not have ample parking for the members. Another downside is that you may have to wait for a machine to work out on.

Wooden Wheels is one of the better stores for purchasing bicycles, getting repair work completed and purchasing in-line skates. Their prices are a little more than some of the chain stores. But their staff know a lot about their stock. Parking is adequate. They also carry accessories (helmets, pads, etc.) Don't take the kids with you when you go - - you will definitely need more cash if you do!
PROS: Selection, Service
CONS: Little more expensive than chain stores - but better quality.

The thing that makes this store different from other bike stores is the knowledgeable employees. The store also carries helmets and other biking essentials. They also do bike repairs. I brought my Focus in after having knocked off a side-view mirror. I was able to get it fixed quickly, and the staff was very friendly to me. Parts and labor were reasonable, and the whole thing cost a little less than $100. I would definitely recommend this dealer and auto body shop to anyone who needs repair work to their Ford.
