We have trusted our family's dogs with the New London Vet Ctr for years. Unfortunately our recent experience with on of vets left us distraught. We went to have our pure bred puppies' tails cut and the vet cut them too short. This act ruins the breed. We feel our trust with the center has been broken and we will not return. If you read this, please spread the word.

We have trusted our family's dogs with the New London Vet Ctr for years. Unfortunately our recent experience with on of vets left us distraught. We went to have our pure bred puppies' tails cut and the vet cut them too short. This act ruins the breed. We feel our trust with the center has been broken and we will not return. We have taken our pets to New London Veterinary Center for years and have always had a good experience with them. We have had to put 2 pets to sleep in those years and they are very respectful and caring during that difficult time. The staff is friendly and courteous. The wait time is not very long. They also offer boarding services.
