I am a member of the Robbins Ringleader program and I would highly recommend this store for anyone. Whether you are looking for the perfect engagement or wedding ring, anniversary gift, just because gift, jewelery repair or any other reason you will be met with excellent customer service. A couple of months ago I had a prong on my engagement ring bend. When I went into Robbins they greeted me with the utmost courtesy. They immediately took my ring so the jeweler could work on it. While I waited I was offered warm chocolate chip cookies and given a lesson on the magnificent Hearts of Fire line. In no time at all my ring was back on my finger and glistening. Before I left they took my wedding band and also cleaned it. I will be heading back soon to purchase a new necklace and I know it will again be a wonderful experience!!

As a member of the Robbins Ringleader program, I highly recommend this store for anyone looking for and engagement ring, wedding bands, or any time of fine jewelery. My husband and I had gone to other stores when looking for my engagement ring and were discouraged and disappointed. When we arrived at Robbins Delaware Diamonds, Jeanna made our experience very enjoyable. She worked with our budget and did not pressure us at all. We actually really enjoyed going there and felt very relaxed. I have stopped in several times to have my ring polished and cleaned and we purchased our wedding bands there as well. They have top quality customer service and have an extremely wide and unique selection!

I had been looking for the perfect engagement ring for months,other jewelery stores were not interested in helping me within the budget I needed to be withing, which is very disappointing. Then I went to Robbins Diamonds in Delaware. Joel Saltzman was so courteous and patient with me and my fiance. When I wanted to stop and talk about diamonds, he pushed me to keep looking to make sure I had all the settings I fell in love with. He told us everything there was to know about getting the best diamond for our budget! He didn't push us to get the biggest OR most expensive diamond, he was honest and did not pressure us into buying anything! Our experience was wonderful and I would suggest anyone looking for diamonds or any piece of jewelery to check Robbins Diamonds out first!
