A really great feature of RIte Aid is there rebate program. Every month, many items are featured for rebates. Some are actually free after the rebate. It's a great way to try new products, and save money on items you usually buy.

The store is located in very old house probably built in the 1800's. It has a huge variety of gifts from basement to second floor. It was a blast just wandering around each floor looking at the house itself as well as the stocked shelves. It had table settings with plastic food which the kids had fun playing with, candles, jellies, candy, dolls, books, kites, just all kinds of things. They were very polite and helpful. A definite place to see.
PROS: Variety, polite staff
CONS: not handicap accessible

What makes Leon's so unique amoung garden shops is their outstanding gift shop. They buyers do a wonderful job at choosing a unique, affordable, and beautiful variety of home and garden decor. From birdbaths to linen napkins, I have found the perfect gifts for occassions from baby showers to retirement parties. Leon's has a nice selection of plants as well as pavers too. It seems to be a family run business and the people who work there go out of there way to accomadate any special needs.

I love the premise of this business; dealing directly with native artisans, to cut out middle men, and pay the artists directly for their crafts. If you want unique, unusual and handcrafted items made from sustainable use of rainforests and habitats, this is the place to be. Jewelry, clothing, sandals, Fair Trade coffee, carvings, ornaments, music:they have it all. If you go in and can`t find a gift for someone, there is something wrong. Ample parking down the alley behind the store. Friendly staff, great ambience. Coffee on to sample all the time. MMMM, great chocolate. Have been shopping here for years and never come out empty handed. Prices are very reasonable. Your friends will thank you!
