This place offers massage for an exorbitant price. The room is decorated in their signature 'enchangted forest' sort of way. It's not the fanciest place you've ever been but the therapist is knowledgeable and very nice. Good value for money in other therapies apart from the massage. Devout followers can even sign up for a year-long self study program that teaches you some techniques and principles.

I usually find myself on a search for a good place to work out. Without question this place is one of the best I have been. It's not a lot of wasted glitz and glam but a comfortable gym with updated equipment and extremely friendly staff. They offer towel service, a juice bar and a wide range of classes. It has a great view of the city. I like it so much that I decided to join even though I don't live in the vicinity. I make it a point to work out here when I find time and money.

This facility not only has great group fitness classes, mind/body specialists and expert personal trainers but also fantastic amenities at a reasonable cost! Through membership (not much more cost then other Athletic Clubs in the city) you get all of the fitness amenities plus access to many social gatherings and a fantastic outdoor pool and much more. I love it and membership fees are nothing compared to what you would expect for this type of Club!

I have visited many different clubs in my area and nothing compares to this exotic place. Many people work hard to make this club what it is. In one last attempt at getting into shape I started their jump starting program and now I have finally been able to reach my fitness goals, it only took 2 years and 4 different health club memberships, but these people finally got me there. I hope their staff is proud of their achievements in making this club the best in the city.

I started taking classes at this center and I absolutely love it! I think they recently moved to this new place (The phone number is still the same). The instructors are very helpful and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable as a beginner and since going, have noticed many positive effects from working out. Classes are a bit on the pricey side, but I'm broke, so everything is expensive. The prices are comprable to others.
