I cannot believe they have begun work on an addition to this mall. Transiting onto Speen street to get to the mall is a nightmare during business hours and Route 9 is one big log jam.The parking has gone from bad to worse since the renovations began. Once inside there is a mish mash of shops, with nothing really outstanding or unique. As you walk along obnoxious salespeople in the push carts call out to you, try and put things in your hands orstick something under your nose. it reminds me of a cheap carnival. For dining you have your choice of CPK where the service is bad and the noise level is worse, Friendly's which has the slowest service and greasy food and a foodcourt where Mc Donalds is the safest place to eat. Yuck. I can't think of one redeeming feature in this mall.

I hate the parking at this mall -- it's spread out in a weird way and is not convenient (and seems crowded anytime). Right now everything is under renovation until 2007 (new luxury condos going in plus expanded shopping), so there are fewer shopping and dining options than usual. For example, about 1/3 of the food court is under renovation, and since the other eating options are California Pizza Kitchen (always packed despite mediocre quality), Johnny Rockets (small), and Friendlys (always packed and always the slowest service in town), eating here is bad. Why is there a Pottery Barn Kids but no regular Pottery Barn? Annoying. It's a really random mix of higher end stores (Coach, Neiman Marcus) and low end stuff (Payless Shoe Source, etc). Really marginal mall.

this is a great mall located the west of boston. it has a bunch of department stores as well as chain stores like the gap, banana republic, Coach, and abercrombie. the department stores are macy's, lord and taylor, and sear's. there is only one "real" restaurant which is california pizza kitchen, besides Friendly's and the food court. there are some renovations going on so soon there will be a barney's and Nordstrom! i'm excited. the natick mall will soon be so much better than now.

It is good because there are teenage shop like delias, paul frank but there are no expensive or luxury store like gucci, channel, louis vuitton, calvin klein, versace, prada. It is easy to get a parking and you don't have to pay for parking. The bad sides is they don't have nice decoration during christmas or any other event like this upcoming event: Valentine days.
