Great Vet! 11/26/2008

I've taken my dog there for 9 yrs. This vet is great and the technicians are absolutely amazing people. When my best friend developed canine lymphosarcoma, the vet did everything he could, as fast as he could, to get a biopsy done, and carefully explain all of my options in budget/pain reduction categories that made sense. Some call him cold. I call him honest, knowledgeable, and sensible. I suppose I like his no-nonsense approach, particularly when time was of the essence. more

I think the Vet is nice enough. He remembered my pet. I didn't see him as negative. I think he just likes to let people know the dangers they could face. He doesn't candy coat his words. I really don't think his personality, social skills, or lack there of has anything to do with his practice. He does a good job, knows about what the latest research says, and I got the feeling he really cares about animals. That is more important to me. A positive personality doesn't equal knowledge. more

I frequented this vet for many years and recently changed for a number of different reasons. I agree with one of the other posters in that the doctor does have a negative attitude. He has a problem in that he talks over you and above you, and it's very difficult to relate to him. I want a vet that is happy to see my pet, remembers my pet and goes out of his or her way to make my pet feel comfortable... I want a vet that doesn't just act like it's a job. more

not my favorite 9/30/2005

This vet clinic is a nice building, but I don't really like the vet. He is very doom and gloom. He always tells you the worst that will probably happen, whether that is a possiblity or not. He once told me that he looks at his cats, and wonders which one will get health problems and die first.... I want a vet who is upbeat and positive and wants to make my pet better. more
