If you are looking for something unique and you aren't that hungry, this is the place to go. The service is great, the atmosphere is great, the food is okay. Prepare to spend at least 2 hours here. Fondue is a fun time and definitely promotes taking your time to eat. However, it is impossible to spend less than $75 here.

I've been with my parents, with peers and with young people (not small children) and have always had fun. I always feel like we're our own little party in a bigger party! The food is always great and the variety is a nice change from other restaurants. And the dessert is beyond words. This is my favorite "fun time" restaurant in Nashville. My nieces have asked for a visit to the Melting Pot for Christmas!

We have been to other Melting Pots, but the Nashville branch was nothing like the ones that we visited before. We were seated promptly and the food was adequate. They brought in a big party of people and seated them right beside us and they were very disruptive. The manager that we spoke with did not handle the situation well and skirted the issue. We figured if we spent $90.00 to eat that we should have had our issue at least addressed. Plus the fact that there were no windows and we felt very closed in.

Get the special, which comes with salad, appetizer, main course & dessert - best value. Without liquor, it will cost about $75.00. Drinks are very good! THe booths are relativley private, whichis a good thing. Wait staff very good, food very good. I know it pisses some people off to have to cook their won meal, but what do you expect at a fondue place! There are several Melting Pots all over the U.S., this one is extra good.

The food was fresh flavorful and presented with style.
We went on a Tuesday and the place was very busy - We got in. Don't forget reservations if you can plan ahead.

Even though we had reservations, it took 45 minutes to seat us anyway and even then, it was at a table too small for our party. Needless to say, the service was not what I would expect for the price. The food however, was very good as was the atmosphere.

It has a nice enviroment except for the club musice fom hurricanes coming from above and the chairs weren't that comfortable. The food was great (especialy dessert) but the entrée seemed to lack something. Our waiter was excellent except was a bit pushy getting us to order and he filled my coke with tea once which my girlfriend and I found hilarious. I enjoyed the resturaunt overall, but $89 (all four courses) for two people might be a bit much. Maybe next time we'll just get dessert. =)
