The Belcourt is terrific. It is irrevent, a bit dirty now and then (both physically and otherwise), at times raunchy, very adult (NOT FOR THE FAMILY!), but that being said, it is *fun*. They have a bar for drinks if you're into that, they have food- not just standard popcorn fare, but pizza and whatnot. They have plays. Rock groups. Sometimes they show Titans games on the movie screen. It's a blast. I highly recommend it for a date scene- one warning though, it's not for those of delicate sensibilities- both the people and the entertainment can be profane and vulgar (if you're into that though, its a good point for the place).

The Regal movie theatre adjacent to the Green Hills mall is one of the best theatres on the west side of town (Nashville). It has escalators inside, as it is multiple levels and plenty of parking in the multi-level attached garage.

I got a chance to go to the Grand Ole Opry last November. I had a blast with my friends. I don't even like country music but it was still so much fun. It's exciting and the crowd really gets into the performances. It's beautiful inside and I took tons of photos. I can't wait to go back.

NCT is a Nashville instition. They have undergone some name changes over the years, but has stayed essentially the same. They offer quality, fun, children's plays most of the year. Schools bring their classes, parents bring their kids and enjoy the plays. During the summer, they also offer drama classes for children. THe building has an old charm to it, even thougth it's a modern building. I enjoyed plays here as a child, and so did my son.

Watching movies here is so enjoyable! It's so clean and comfortable that I don't even bother looking anywhere else for movies. I would rather wait until the movie I want to see is playing here, than to go elsewhere to see a movie. Afterwards you can go to one of several different eateries right in the Opry Mills mall. Everything is so convenient there, right at hand.

I see some say it's old, but I love this theater. I love the look of it on the outside at night - and it has a great selection of movies at all times. Regal is a great theater chain - reasonable prices, free popcorn, movies and drinks if you are a Regal member. There is nothing wrong with this theater that a good cleaning and some paint wouldn't correct. And it's so easy to use, just off the interstate and hardly any traffic unlike some of the other cinemas located at busy malls.

My husband and I began hating going to the movies because the Nashville area theaters were so crowded and noisy. Each time we've gone to the Bellevue Cinema Twelve there are been fewer crowds than in Nashville. The theaters offer stadium seating. Its just as nice as the Nashville theaters but without the hassles!

This huge theater gives you lots of choices, but unfortunately, it also has lots of less than desirable qualities too. The theater never seems very clean and the parking and layout leave lots to be desired. On a weekend night often the only parking available is over in the mall parking lot, past the access street and a long way from the front of the theater. They have multiple concession stands, but no matter how many people are in line, I have never seen more than one of the concession stands opne. This theater is very conveniently located in the city of Nashville, so we do find ourselves going there occassionally, but we generally try to go to the Green Hills location or Franklin Thoroughbred 20 instead.
