This is a great theater. It is clean and conveniently located next to the Green Hills mall. They do lots of extra programming like indepent films and free family films in the summer. The concession stand usually moves fast. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The arcade and ice cream stand next to the theater is a huge hit with kids. This is a great place to go for entertainment.

I have never had a bad viewing experience at Green Hills 16. It's clean, well-maintained; the workers are polite and helpful. They usually save one or two screens for independent films, so this is the first place I check for movies that aren't showing anywhere else in Nashville. They support the local film community by letting the Nashville Independent Film Festival use the whole bottom floor of the theatre for an entire week each year. It is the perfect location for the festival and it's very generous of the theatre management to provide a venue. My one complaint is the ticket line. It is often a 15- or 20-minute wait. They have eight ticket windows, but usually there are only two cashiers on duty.

The Regal movie theatre adjacent to the Green Hills mall is one of the best theatres on the west side of town (Nashville). It has escalators inside, as it is multiple levels and plenty of parking in the multi-level attached garage.
