I had been shopping for an engagement ring for 3 months when I went to visit Genesis. The salesman I worked with was extremely knowledgable about the industry and diamonds. He answered every question I asked without beating around the bush. He was genuinely interested in helping me find the perfect setting and diamond (not something I've experienced anywhere else-most places just want a sale). I went in thinking I would be continuing my shopping, but he found me the perfect ring and perfect diamond WAY LOWER than what I expected. My experience was phenomenal!
Pros: Great customer service, top designers, BEST diamond prices!
Cons: not really a con, but they were extremely busy!

As a little girl I always imagined how my engagement ring would look. I've thought about it for a long time. When my boyfriend asked me to marry him I knew it was time to get the ring I've always dreamed of. We had gone to several jewelry stores in this area and to some outside the Nashville area. Someone recommended Genesis Diamonds. Our visit was everything I hoped it would be. We were waited on immediately by a very professional and we soon discovered a very knowledgable salesperson, Rick. The selection of jewelry was so large he was able to pick the exact ring as I described it from the case. I almost cried. He knew our budget and met all our expectations. Rick and Genesis we love you! Thank you for my perfect ring and making my dreams come true.

I had listened to the ads on the radio about the price and selection many times. Most people exaggerate those kinds of things when they make ads. However, when I entered the store in Green Hills I knew immediately that selection was not an exaggeration. There were so many rings and diamonds to choose from I knew I would have to find something that my fiance would love.
I was greeted at the door and shown around then asked if I'd like something to drink while I was looking. It was a refreshing and very friendly atmosphere. By the time I left with my selection I also found the radio claims about both selection and price were no exagerrations and I would recommend my friends to shop at Genesis.

I was recently in the Genesis Diamonds on Hillsboro Pike. I had an occasion coming up and neede to buy a gift the sales person was very knowledgable and helpful (Heather). I picked my mother out some fabulous earrings and was on my way. The Selection was Incredible, like nothing I had ever seen. I will definatly be using Genesis Diamonds for all my future jewelry purchases, They have everything!!!

I went to many jewelry stores in Nashville to look for a fashionable yet sofisticated neclace for one of the most important nights in Nashville, the CMAs. Being in the music industry I needed a piece of jewelry that really had a wow factor to wear on the red carpet. I searched for weeks for something to compliment my dress. I seemed to be running into the same type of design no matter where I went. After hearing all the commercials for Genesis Diamonds and also listening to many clients speak so highly of them, I decided to go see what it was all about. I was greeted by a very friendly sales lady who directed me in the right direction. Not only did I find the perfect neclace but also ended up leaving with a stunning bracelet as well. Lets just say I am 100% pleased with my purchase and got so many great compliments throughout my big night!

My husband and I went to the Cool Springs store to find a ring for our 15th anniversary. It ended up taking us a couple of trips because I couldn't decide exactly what I wanted-there were so many wonderful choices! The saleswoman was very knowledgeable/patient & remembered us by name. (She even remembered our kids names!). I absolutely LOVE my new wedding set. It has been a long time since I have felt like I was having a great experience in a jewelry store instead of just being "sold to." I highly recommend Genesis Diamonds!!!!!!!!

I was looking for a princess cut diamond and after listening to the commercials on the radio, I decided to give Genesis Diamonds a chance.
The Cool Springs location was not easy to find since they don't have visibility from Mallory Lane. I need to say that I was very nervous with the whole idea of shopping for a ring given my little knowledge and the amount of money to be spent. I was greeted with a smile by a sales lady that right away offered me something to drink. I told her I am looking for a princess cut diamond; I must say that it was the first place that told me that princess cut actually costs less then round shape. Then she showed me 5 different diamonds in my price range, and asked me if I could see a price difference between them. I couldn't see the difference and that saved me about $2500. What I liked about it is that she never pushed me to any direction and just educated me to make the right decision myself. Today, I feel I know much more about diamonds than before I came in their store. I must say that I've been all over and they definitely have the largest selection of diamonds and rings.
I will definitely come back to buy my wedding band there.

After browsing through Genesis Diamonds Greenhills store & then speaking with one of their associates, it was very apparent that this was not like any other jewelry store my husband or myself had ever shopped. We were educated on the differences in diamonds and pricing. No other jewelry store schooled us to this extent, the gentleman helping us was patient & genuine. We are EXTREMELY happy with our purchase and experience and highly recommend GENESIS Diamonds with confidence to family, friends, business associates & acquaintances, knowing they'll thank us for years to come!.
