only one star bc I could not leave "0". She did not listen to me as a patient and nearly lost my child because she did not listen. I tried to fire her but was already in the hospital. It did not have to be that way! she robbed me of my 3rd trimester with "statics" instead of listening to me as a patient.

Unfortunately, Dr. Rodier has taken her patients and practice for granted. She has allowed a young office staff to speak with her patients in a rude manner, uncaring, and unhelpful. This is very disconcerting as I have referred many patients to her over the years but they are all experiencing poor service, no ability to see Dr. Rodier directly and most patients are referred to her nurse practitioner or physician assistant. This is no longer a practice I will recommend.

Was my doctor for a few years. All was fine. Pregnancy was not a good easy, induced labor all smiles she left, had other patients and such. Understandable. At 6cm babies heartrate dropping, my oxgyen lvl low, no once can find here, there are no beds in the or. Nurses are running all over my room. She comes in. turns off the internal fetal montior sound(hubby turns it back on) checks me says im not far enough yet. leaves, says will be right back. Stops induction with meds. stuck. epi wears off- dr thinks its a good idea to float the cord with putting iv solution into my vagina??!! cant breathe head no one comes. hubby cant find anyone. I hurt all over, no dr, nurses keep telling me they are going to take me to the OR in as soon as they can find the dr. I sit for another 6 hours. finally after 11pm she comes manually unwraps the cord from my babys neck and body. Im on oxygen, the room is full of nurses, and my baby is the Nicu for 13 days. From the way that she tore me I had mangled stitches and I left her practice. I did my follow up with another doctor. And I had to have my stitches redone.

I was having signs of labor at 4 month. I went and seen 3 different doctors and they all just told me that I would miss carry; that I would deliver at 5 or months. They told me to wait it out or abort. I went and seen Dr. Rodier after that. She gave me words of encouragemen. she put me in an inpatient hospital and helped my doctors figure out how to keep me from delivering. I made it to 7 1/2 months. I had my son weighing 3 pounds 12 oz. NO BREATHING PROBLEMS NOTHING!! She is a wonderfull doctor and I would recommend her to anyone.

I've been her patient for about 5 years now. My son is 2 years old. Now, if she wasn't so good, she wouldn't have many patients. Also you're not a stickler and insist on seeing Rodier only, then Carol is excellent as well. I 've seen them both several times. During my pregnancy they took good care of me. I had a huge fibroid blocking my child's way out. I appreciated her not trying to "see how it was going to play out in the delivery room. She make it clear early how she would handle things and she did!!!

I had her as my GYN before getting preg. So I kept her since she was a OB GYN!
At 22 weeks i was complaining about cramps and she didnt listen.
I seen her on a friday and on saturday I was in labor at 24weeks! she never prescribed meds to stop contractions, i ened up in the hosptial for 7 weeks and delivered at 31!
all this could have been prevented if she just listened instead of telling me that this was my first!

I LOVED Dr. Rodier and her entire staff.
I transferred to her at 5 months pregnany because I was unhappy with the care I was receiving at my other doctor. I found her to be thorough and terribly cautious. If at any time she had a doubt about something, she immediately ordered a test or sent me for testing.
Rhonda, the nurse, always returned my questions (phone calls) promptly. Even though I was paranoid and crazy sometimes, she never treated me as such.
The ladies in the office even remembered my husband's name and my eight year old daughter's name, even though they only made the visits a few times!
I love this place and will not leave.

I started seeing Dr. Rodier at the age of 30. I was beginning to be concerned because my husband and I had been trying to conceive for a year without success. Dr. Rodier told me she'd treated many women with fertility issues and she'd had several patients in their late thirties and even early forties get pregnant.
I continued to visit Dr. Rodier for four years before she showed any concern about my infertility. She kept telling me her older-women success stories and reassuring me that we'd figure things out. She tested me for problems at a very, very slow pace. Suddenly during a visit she said, "How old are you?" When I replied "34", it was as if she'd never paid attention to my birthdate before.
I know that I'm partly responsible because I didn't push hard for quicker testing, but in my defense I was 1) afraid something would be unfixable and I almost didn't want to know it, and 2) I believed that Dr. Rodier knew about the pace of things and had it all under control. Now I believe she just wasn't paying much attention to me. Maybe she has too many patients.
(I had a baby at 35 after visiting the Nashville Fertility Clinic.)
