Curious Heart Emporium is anything but ordinary. The outside is bright, colorful, and full of energy. You will find a unqiue range of odd gifts for children and adults of all ages. This is the perfect stop if you want something that is personal and unique. The staff is friendly and helpful. The prices are very reasonable and they support local artist and vendors. I would highly recommend checking them out!

Curious Heart is hard to miss: It's a yellow house with a spaceship in the front yard, complete with aliens. Inside, the quirkiness continues throughout the shop's four small rooms and tiny enclosed courtyard. Every nook and cranny is filled with unique gift and home decor items. There's an extensive collection of wind-up toys, a room full of Christmas decorations, garden ornaments of all types. Owner Cathy Corley gives local artists space to display their pieces, so there's always something at Curious Heart you can't find anywhere else. Prices are wide-ranging; there's a wall of party favor-type items for a few dollars, and there are art pieces for several hundred dollars. Curious Heart carries fun brands like David and Goliath, Alessi and Haba. Curious Heart is in the Berryhill shopping district, so shoppers can walk across the street afterward to have a coffee at Sam & Zoe's or a meal at Baja Burrito.
