This is a nice massage therapy and bodywork office. They offer all kinds of bodywork, wraps, mineral soaks, and massage. They have coupons and discounts in the local Coupon Clipper magazine and in the paper. The lighting is a little dark, but overall, the place is very relaxing. For the most part, the staff is well trained and professional. I have had a couple of people who weren't that good give me a massage. But usually, I am very pleased.

This Y is good for the after work crowd, but don't expect a ton. The machines are all what you'd expect, good but not the best. The gym is small so don't expect any great level of pick up games, expecially since the club that opened up down the road has a much better gym and that's where the pick up games are now. The outdoor pool is finally back up and fixed and seems to be doing well, the indoor pool is a little dodgy looking, but it's alright. The overall feel of this Y is just a little dingy, but if you are looking for somewhere to run after work (if you work in this area) this is a good option, but even though I'm a member at this Y, I usually can be found at the Green Hills Y.
