Baja burrito has awesome fish tacos. Their salsa's taste so good and fresh! It is a little americanized but we still love it!! My only negative is really the attitude of a worker there. She made a snide comment about me to another coworker. I overheard her and wanted to respond but I didn't want to cause a scene. My friends and I will continue eating there but if we see her at the register we turn around and leave. Beware of bad attitudes!!
Pros: Awesome fish tacos, salsas, popcicles
Cons: bad attitudes, a little dirty looking

"A friend introduced me to San Diego style Fish Tacos almost 15 years ago now and I absolutely FELL IN LOVE with them. Since I'm from Ohio, finding the same taste as a San Diego FINS or WAHOO or any number of other places out there has been quite a difficult task. Anytime I visit a city I search online for any place in that city that might serve Fish Tacos and give them a try.
Well, I must say, the moment I tasted the Fish Tacos from BAJA BURRITO in Nashville, I knew I had found the exact taste I was looking for. They are as EXACT as anything in San Diego, and eating them was just amazing. It's like San Diego was literally transplanted into the heart of County Music... how wild is that.
Not only were the fish tacos just incredible, but the whole experience was an A+ all the way around. I loved the atmosphere. The chips were simply perfect. The guacamole was as good as I've ever had. My wife had a burrito and just loved it. And the staff were very very friendly and helpful. What a great, great experience all the way around.
Personally, I'll find a way to get to the Nashville Baja Burrito if I'm within an hour of Nashville... it was that great."
Pros: Best Fish Tacos in Midwest

First, you line up with a gaggle of cackling sorority girls hugging and kissing everybody they see and a bunch of tattooed jocks with biceps larger than their brains. Then, after you get the ?food?, people slam into you and knock things out of your hands while shuffling around in front of the condiments as if they?re trying to figure out the controls on a Boeing 747. Next, choose your seat: if you?re right at home with a decibel level that rivals an AC/DC concert, sit inside, but if exhaust fumes are your thing, try the patio. Aside from this wonderful ambiance, the gummy burritos filled with starch are awful, too. I?d steer clear of this moron-filled flophouse unless you?re one of the forementioned cackling sorority girls, tattooed jocks etc., etc., etc.
Pros: The Salads are really good.
Cons: The sit-in patrons are insane.

Chicken is dry and fatty. Nothing special here, I would eat it if there were no other options around.
Pros: Love mexican

I am so glad to come on here and see so many fantastic reviews for Baja. My co-workers and I all pile up into two or three cars and head out there for lunch every Thursday (...although this week we also went on Tuesday...can't get enough). You can't beat the atmosphere or the price and even the parking isn't so bad if you know the secrets and you aren't too lazy to walk a few feet (There's plenty of parking reserved for Baja in the Wolf Camera parking lot). As a vegetarian, this place makes it so easy for me to enjoy a super delicious meal.
The staff is also extremely friendly, and they all remember us and our orders each week (I'm especially fond of the cashier...she kind of rocks). I run into someone I know almost every week and it isn't even surprising anymore (I guess I'm glad to have chosen friends with great taste!)
Sitting inside is fun, but sitting outside creates the best dining experience. We often comment that we feel like we're somewhere secluded on a beach when we sit out there, which says a lot since Thompson Lane is on the other side of the railing.
Don't miss out on: The green salsa, fruit tea, and Las Paletas popsicles (If you haven't checked Las Paletas out please make your way to that page immediately...mmm)
Pros: Atmosphere, Staff, Flavor
Cons: The line is pretty long around lunch time...but it moves so quickly you don't really notice

We LOVE Baja Burrito! It's always packed, but the line moves efficiently and you get your food quickly. It's clean, the people are friendly, and the burritos are to die for. I especially love the "El Pescador" burrito (it's like a fish taco burrito with crispy fish, shredded cabbage, and a creamy sauce). My husband loves the chicken. And the guacamole is delicious, too! One note, though -- the small burrito is PLENTY, even for a big guy (my husband doesn't usually go for things that say "small," but the small burrito at Baja is perfect for him). This place is highly recommended!
Pros: Everything
Cons: Nada!

One of my favorite of Baja Burrito's features is its salsa bar. They offer a pretty decent variety of spicy, mild and in-between salsas, and the absolute king is the pineapple. I never had any idea pineapple could make such a deliciously tropical salsa. There is also a patio out front that makes for a lovely afternoon dining spot. One of my favorites, in fact. Nashville certainly can't boast too many West Coast style burrito joints, but this one makes up for the dozens of greasy joints all over the city.

I love Baja Burrito! Our whole family loves B.B. Its the one place that my kids request often. Very kid-friendly! We love to eat outside and now that spring is here, we have been there every weekend. The staff is always very nice and it seems like I always see someone that I know there. The pineapple salsa is great and so is the fruit tea.
Don't listen to the guy below -FoodCritic- sounds like he must work for Moe's because NOBODY wants Moe's when they can have Baja Burrito and that is for sure!! EAT LOCAL!!
Pros: friendly, great food , consistent

Baja is GRRREAT!!!! I love the chicken burritos. I discovered this place when I was a student at Lipscomb. I have been going ever since. I have not found a comparable burrito place ANYWHERE. The staff is very friendly and courteous. No wait really...other then the line. The only negative I would say for Baja Burrito is the line and parking for customers because it is always crowded.
Cons: Parking and Small Eating Space
