Angel Hair Yarn Company carries a number of high-end yarns, such as Colinette, Rowan, and Schaeffer yarns. Their prices are high, but the true yarn snob won't be able to resist temptation. They also have a very comprehensive magazine and pattern book section and offer classes. Their staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and approachable. Their store is not always easy to get into or out of during heavy traffic. PROS: great selection, offers instruction, helpful staff CONS: expensive!

We went here for the first time a couple weeks ago. I found the selection to be great! The prices were pretty high in my opinion (one little scarf kit would have cost me about $50!). I didn't find the staff very helpful or approachable - no one greeted me or asked if they could help at all. I hear they are going out of business though, so maybe that had something to do with it.

We went here for the first time a couple weeks ago. I found the selection to be great! The prices were pretty high in my opinion (one little scarf kit would have cost me about $50!). I didn't find the staff very helpful or approachable - no one greeted me or asked if they could help at all. I hear they are going out of business though, so maybe that had something to do with it.
