My husband and I have used The Children's Playroom off and on now for the past two years and have never had a complaint. The staff are very friendly and attentive to our daughter's needs and she just LOVES going there! I would highly recommend it - the value is great and their hours are excellent. My Husband and both worked the first 3 years we lived here and we only ever got a "date night" by using The Children's Playroom. Our older sons love going there, they do not have a "grandma's" house - but TCP is like that for them. The staff got to know us and our children over time and they are always upbeat, friendly, and attentive. Our new baby just went for his 1st visit last month, and they did not mind that I called checking on him 2-3 times.

All the girls that work there are very nice and they all know CPR. Most of the girls that work their have their own Children that go there as well. I trust them very much. There is so much to do and my kids are always bringing home art projects with each holiday. They have been fed each time I go and My daughter has to be prompt to potty and she has never had an accident there. I love it I will continue my buisness there. Pros: Knowing CPR, Variety of food, Lots of playroom Cons: Not a full time daycare.

My children loved their time at The Children's Playroom. I was always leary about drop-in child care centers. However, my feelings have been changed. These people are dedicated to providing the highest level of care for my children. The offer many activities such as art, music and inflatables. Their staff are all so friendly. Everyone is certified in CPR and First Aid. I even met the owners who are a nice couple with three small children of their own. The best thing is that they charge less than the twelve year old neighbor I have had babysite for me in the past. Give them a try. I know I will be back. Pros: Activities, Conveinance, Staffing, Price, Availability Cons: Not a full-time child care

We were very happy with the care our children received. Their staff attended to our needs and the kids loved all of the activities. They actually offer customized meals for each child. They even opened early for me one day when I had to go to an early appointment for no extra charge. The staff is well trained. I would reccomend them to any of my friends. Pros: Open seven days a week, DHS licensed, Great staff and lots of activities Cons: Not a full-time day care center

My husband and I love The Children's Playroom. My kids enjoyed the facility and the staff was excellent. They have many games and activities as well as video games that all ages of children can enjoy. My children are 2,5 and 8 years old and there was something for all of them to do. I tell all of my friends about this place. Plus, they are open on weekends. Thanks for all of the great care for my kids. Karen Thomas Pros: Open nights and weekends. Great value. Lots of activities. When I asked why my children had not been fed they really had no excuse other than they forgot and they were overlooked! When we spoke to the owner she was not very apologetic. My kids were upset and starving when I picked them up. She was very rude and defended their mistake! There were also two children that let my husband into the building when we went back in to speak with someone about our problem. No adult was with them at the counter. I would not trust them with my kids ever, not even in an emergency!
