Located in a building that looks like it might fall over at any moment you'll find some of the best bbq in town. With a metal cage attached to the building and supporting the awning under which one orders their food you begin to understand that the building clearly isn't what these folks specialize in, after you order you realize all their time is spent in perfecting the bbq. As a bbq pit located in the south where everyone seems to be an expert Hog Heaven seems to meet a rare requirement of satisfactory to nearly all bbq connoisseurs, which is perhaps the highest mark you could ever attain before you'd lose some critics because it's too vinegary, too dry, to this or to that. If you like BBQ, check it out, you'll be glad you did.
