My family has been going to Bobby for a long time. I often shop around anyways just to see what is new, but more times than not, I go to Deal's Nashville Warehouse because it is undeniable that they almost always have the best deals and the quickest service. They're not stumbling over themselves to kiss your butt or anything, but that to me is the way is should be. They try to be polite and try to treat you fairly. And most of the time they are smiling. They are real people over there. What do you want, perpetually happy robots that do a half-baked job in order to fix your Lexus for a deal? C'mon...Calling Warehouse Tire or going up there to get a quote is more than worth it.

I agree that Bobby Deal is rude and difficult to work with. His prices are high too. Even if you call ahead and schedule a time to meet they never have time to talk to you. They seem to have plenty of time to chat with each other about sports, political views, or news - but they ignore you when you walk in. I'll never go to Nashville Wholesale Tire again.

Bobby and his sales guys are rude and not helpful. You actually get better pricing and service from almost everyone else. They promise rotation and balance for the life of the tire, however, when you go in for service they can't get to you right now. I went in four times, day after day, and they didn't have time for me. They just laughed at me and said can't you see we are busy, we can't help you today. I'll never buy anything from Bobby Deal - ever again! They are the worst!

Bobby and his main sales guy are rude and clearly don't want customers. So don't go there. Check their prices against the other tire stores - tell me if they are really 'discount'. It looks like they try to talk you into the tire that makes the most money for them. They have the worst customer service of any tire store in town. They did not honor my lifetime rotate and balance - they sent me away four times. They said that they were too busy for me even though there were no cars in the garage and no customers in line. They don't want your business, so don't go there. Cons: Customer Service

I travel for a living and a bad tire can wreck my day. I pulled into Nashville Warehouse Tire one Monday morning, prepared to pay a premium price for whatever tire they had to fit my truck and wait for a while while I got worked in. Much to my surprise, they offered several in-stock choices for my truck and when I asked about how long it would be and explained I was headed out of town and needed to re-arrange my day, they worked me right in and had me on my way in less than 1/2 hour. The price was an extremely good deal. PROS: Great Selection, Great Customer Service CONS:

We used this tire place when we had a problem with our brakes. Everyone there was extremely nice! The offered to get us a tow truck and towed the truck in. The have us towed within 15 minutes of receiving the call. I was very happy with everyone at the shop. They were very knowledgeable and willing to help in anyway necessary. They also were considerate of our time and had the repair done the very next day! Thank you!
