My hubby took me to Michael Timothy's on our first anniversary. It also happened to be New Year's Eve, so they had their special dinner selection for us. The cost was $90 a plate. All of the selections looked fabulous. I had the Beef Wellington. While I wished it was Filet Mignon, I thought it was cooked correctly and tasted delicious! The atmosphere was great - soft jazz music playing the background. I highly recommend this restauarant. Parking can be an issue (there is a municipal parking lot not too far), and reservations are recommended.

This wonderfully decorated bistro style restaurant north of Boston is amazing. The food can rival with any (Palm, Capital Grille, Grill 23 )in Boston. I have been there approximately 15 times and have NEVER had anything less than fabulous meal. Service is top notch...great bar.jazz bar on weekends too. Great wine list as well.

Being Latina myself, this is the best food around. The menu has several options, my favorite being Chile Authentico with chicken. The maragritas are made very well, strong but you can't taste the alcohol. The servers are friendly and the food is deliveried fast! If you are going on a weekend, expect a longer wait but trust me the food is worth waiting for.
Pros: great food, fast service
Cons: parking, the wait

I personally think that The Texas Roadhouse has the BEST steak. They offer free peanuts (which by the way you throw the shells on the floor!) and nice warm rolls and cinnamon butter. Dinner for 2 costed us under $35.00. I would DEFINATELY recommend ANYONE to try them out.

How many places do you know do that? Martha's has at least 5 different kegs of beer that they make themselves. How great. They have very good food and the staff is great too. Take a stroll in the gift/candy store after for some after dinner treats.

Surf is a high end Seafood restaurant that lives up to it's price-tag. It's a nice intimate setting (can be a bit too intimate on a busy night) in the heart of Nashua's dining district. The food is top notch and consistently pleasing in both its quality and creativity. A personal favorite is the Seafood Stew which melds multiple flavors into a spicy broth that is sublime. It's so good I try to recreate it at home but never quite reach that level of culinary exstatcy.

This store is a true treasure downtown. Still shop at the big stores, but make it a point to check this little one out if you are looking for a baby gift. It's great to support local merchants, and this store is just packed with fun and unique items for babies and kids. They have a huge selection of clothing, and some interesting toys and other items (we've noticed some adorable kids room rugs, and some cute towels in the summertime.) Prices are appropriate for a high-end baby shop, and the service is excellent!
