This is our favorite area bookstore. Huge magazine selection (and books, of course) and a great kids section. Two entrances make it easy to run into the cafe (serving Starbucks coffee) or the main store. Become a member and save 10% on everything. It costs $25/yr but is well worth it. Large CD/DVD section in the back. One thing to note about this store: it gets VERY crowded at certain times - particularly evenings. The absolute best time to go is when the store opens at 9am. It's also open on certain holidays like Easter.

I love Borders because you can buy a book, buy coffee, sit down and relax. They have a great selection of books, but the capacity to sit down and read while you are there is amazing. It's a nice place to retreat and relax.

This is a very good store. The employees are nice and helpful. They have a good amount of books for the small amount of room they have in the Pheasant Lane Mall. You can also occasionly buy three books and get a fourth one free. They also get new books regulary like the Harry Potter books.

This is one of the nicer TJ Maxx stores in NH (of course, it is one of the newest too!) I've found a large selection of items, some not found in other TJ Maxx stores. It's fairly large, and it always seems you do not have to wait too long to check out. It is in the plaza between Target and Panera, which makes it easy to combine a morning of shopping and lunch! Great men's section as well. Great women's shoe section, and good kids section.

I have frequented the Book Cellar since back in the day, when they were located on The oval in Milford. Back then, I was there at least 3 times a week, purchasing books for homeschooling my daughter, as well as selling some of the books that we were finished with. I also was able to find hard to find books on my list. I followed them to their previous location in Nashua, as well as their current one. I must say, I am not a fan of their new location, which is why I am not there on a regular basis anymore. They do buy and sell textbooks and are quite knowledgeable about most subjects though.
